CCE Talent Network

Privacy note

What we collect

When you apply to the CCE Talent Network, we collect what you give us in the application:

  • Your contact details, location, time zone, and any professional links you add
  • Your resume, work history, skills, tools, and certifications
  • Your availability, work preferences, and, if you choose to share it, your hourly rate range
  • Your answers about your interests and your independent-contractor setup
  • How you heard about us, including any referral or campaign code in the link you used

We don't ask for demographic information such as race, gender, age, or disability.

How AI is used

We use AI in two places. Both use Anthropic's Claude, a service that processes the text for us and doesn't use it to train its models. A person at CCE reviews every application and makes every decision.

1. Filling in your application. AI reads your resume for facts only: your roles and dates, contact details, and the skills, tools, and credentials your resume lists. It doesn't guess your skill levels, availability, rates, or preferences. You review and correct every field, and you choose and rate your own skills.

2. Review notes for our team. After you submit, AI drafts notes to help the person reviewing your application. For each review question (for example, relevant experience, availability, and interest in our practice areas), it pulls quotes from your answers and suggests a rating from 1 to 4. Before the AI sees anything, we remove your name, contact details, location, links, employer names, how you heard about us, and your rate range, and we turn dates into lengths of time. That reduces identifying details, but it isn't complete anonymization: your answers can still say something about you.

  • The notes are only a starting point. Your reviewer reads your full application and gives their own ratings.
  • AI never rejects, ranks, or filters out applicants, and it never changes the status of your application.
  • Only CCE administrators can see the notes. We check them regularly against our reviewers' ratings to catch errors or unfairness.
  • You can opt out of AI review notes by emailing talent@partnerwithcce.com. Opting out doesn't affect how your application is considered.

Speaking your answer

For one question you can speak your answer instead of typing it. This uses your web browser's built-in speech feature, and only after you choose to speak. Some browsers, such as Chrome, send the audio to their own speech service (for example Google) to turn it into text. CCE never receives or keeps your audio. We only receive the text, which you review and can edit before you continue. Spoken and typed answers are reviewed the same way, on their content.

Who sees your information

Only CCE administrators can see your application, resume, and notes about you. Your resume is stored privately and can only be opened by an administrator through a temporary link. We don't sell your information or share it with clients without talking with you first.

How long we keep it

  • If you upload your resume but don't finish your application, we keep it for 90 days and may send you a reminder or two. After that, your resume and personal information are deleted automatically.
  • If you're not selected or you withdraw, we keep your record for 24 months so we can reconnect if a fit opens up. After that, your resume and personal information are deleted automatically, unless you've updated your profile in that time.
  • If you join the network, we keep your record while you're a member.

Your answers are saved to your account as you go, so you can finish on any device. Only you (while signed in) and CCE administrators can see them.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time. Email talent@partnerwithcce.com and we'll confirm when it's done. When we delete your record, your resume file is deleted too. We keep only a note that a deletion happened, with no personal details.
