How we use your resume

We use AI to read your resume and fill in your application. It reads facts only, such as your roles, dates, and listed skills. You'll review and confirm everything before you submit. Your resume is stored privately.

Separately, after you submit, an AI tool may draft review notes for the person reviewing your application. You can opt out. Details are on the review step and in the privacy note.
